Jagdeep Dhankhar is India’s 14th Vice President
Jagdeep Dhankhar the candidate of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), was chosen as India’s 14th vice president on Saturday.
528 people voted for him. With 182 votes, the opposition’s choice Margaret Alva was defeated.
Prior to the declaration of the results for the Vice Presidential Election, Dhankar arrived at the residence of Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi at 11 Akbar Road.
