Heat stroke warning till April 15th all over Bengal
Mon was the hottest day of the year in Kolkata, with a heat stroke warning in effect through April 15 and no rain anticipated for Poila Baishak.
Residents of Kolkata are likely to feel the effects of two weeks of constant heat without any rain. RMC has issued a warning against prolonged outdoor exposure till April 15 and urged seniors and young children to exercise additional caution to prevent heat stroke.
